Uptime 162hrs without reboot - I think as blackview_admin told - the problem is 100% hardware with the charging board.

I flash my blackview with the last update and no restart since 4 days and now the battery can power my phone for 2 days easy. Also the phone now restart without the start jingle. Nice work on the last update continue !

Did you flash the 20171227 version?

Updated, one hour later first reboot

Please provide how to on how to replace board and which version is the correct one. Still no reply from tech team? It has been over 2 months now...

Yeah, still no further details from the tech team.

Maybe because the sold charging boards all have that problem? I mean, if it was a problem with a specific revision of the charging board, they could simply test different ones and tell you what happened. But we already have more and more people who changed the board and still have reboots.

Did you flash the 20171227 version?

I flash the latest update official rom on blackview forum and make update to 20170803 in local update.
I think it was a software probleme because now I have easily 2 days of battery and no reboot.

This is why I think it is a software problem. I got the phone 29/12/17 and updated at 30/12/17 to version 20171227. The phone restarted 4 times on the first day I got it and never since the update.

Ditto that my man! Mine was rebooting 2-4 times a day. After the latest update - 20171227 not a single reboot in 7 days. Battery time is better now too. I think replacing the charging board is not necessary at this point. All affected - please note: I did a proper flashing with PC app not local update which solves nothing!

Then the rom version was probably: 20170829

Until I downloaded the new version of rom: 20171219 - (Earlier were not available through OTA), There were no reboots, crashes, really!

And then it started ... Reboot once a few days. Now I have a version: 20171227 - and It was almost ok, but yesterday again, reboot... I did nothing, the phone did reboot itself. But, I charged it to 100%, something changes it?
