Can you try if you have it another usb cable and connect the phone with the adapter provided with the bv8000?The usb cable can have micro usb than use the provided adapter micro-usb to usb-c
i don't have the adaptator with me now but i tried with another original Blackview usb-c cable for bv8000 and it is the same.
if i connect the phone off, windows sounds like when we connect something but nothing appears on the peripherals, logically
if i connect the phone on, nothing happens
i can't believe usb-c port of the phone does not work, everything worked very well before this update and i am not alone to have this problem.
now, battery is 10%
