I have had 2 customers now that apparently have cracked their screens from normal type drops. Now, I personally had given the BV6000 a beating and I never could break it even trying. where can I order the replacement screens or complete housings to repair the BV8000 Pro. I started to wonder if there were any counterfeit or copies that were out there of this phone and maybe I received some. Because I cant even believe they broke so easily. And if so, how can I tell.

Are you sure that the drop was of a "normal" type? Users don't always tell the truth about that...
