In every scenario where the display has to wake up, the touch screen and the capacitive buttons are completely insensitive for exactly 5 seconds, but after those 5 seconds go away it's working flawlessly, no lag or anything. I did the factory reset again but nothing. The only solution that i could find was downloading an always on clock app that keeps the screen from sleeping but that is draining my battery very fast. Can i revert back to a previous firmware? I read it somewhere on this forum that i cannot revert from update 20171114 cause it will brick the phone but can i do it from 20171219? Sending the phone back is not an option for me since i'd have to wait at least 2 months for it and i don't have a replacement and i need my email 24/7 for my job.
Please help. Thanks in advance!
Hi dear,
as i stated on the previuos post, your device is plagued by an
hardware fault.
That's why a firmware update followed by a factory reset doesn't solve your
-uncommon- issue.
That's why downgrading to a previous firmware will not solve the issue.
You'll have to contact your seller for a replacement, no other solution exists. If you need your phone for your 24/7 work, i suggest you to buy another BV8000pro, and, when it comes to you, to send back the faulty one to your seller for a full cash refund (instead of a device replacement).
