Dear All and admin please help

I've just bought BV8000 pro for a few days but one day when I restart the phone suddenly looks like dead.
the screen is black and only red lights blink. I can't turn it on. I can't boot into recovery either with power and volume up.
when connected to charger only red light on but can't charge. I can't turn it off because only proximity red light blink but no signs whether it is power off or not.
I use HTC and Samsung and can easily boot into recovery with combo power button and volume up but I can't do the same with your product.
I 've used BV6000 PRO before and never had this kind of issue. Please help me coz I love this phone. Thank you very much and apologize for my bad English.

Plug in your charger and follow this tutorial to properly boot in recovery mode and perform a factory reset.

If you still can't boot into recovery mode, and consequently can't perform a factory reset, you'll have to contact your seller for a replacement.

Thanks for your reply and I am sorry for my late reply. Too bad I can't perform any factory reset because eventough I have followed your suggestions still my phone gave no respond.
I live in Indonesia and I bought the phone from online store but the seller refuse to give replacement.
I don't know what to do with the phone. I bought it quite expensive around IDR 5 Million only to be used for a week. Now I have to throw it to garbage bin coz there is no service centre either in Indonesia.
I won't buy this product again in the future to avoid this kind of problem.

Actually this is perhaps the most expensive cell phone I've ever bought and maybe in the world. Around USD 330 at least or IDR 5 Million. Just only for 1 week usage and must go to thrash bin because of maybe product defect. Isn't there any QC DEPT in your company since there are many cases I read in the web like I had??

Your product actually is a good product but I think less QC Check maybe.

Hardware faults HAPPEN, they happen to EVERY brand.
Why does your seller refuse to honor the warranty replacement?

You can't blame Blackview or the seller then. Next time please be more careful!
