My cell phone was on when I put it on charging during the night.
In the morning when I picked it up it was off.
Now I try to start and it does not start. remain off.
When I put it on charging, there's a red light on the front.

Are you using the original charger and cable? Can you try another charger and a microusb cable equipped with our microusb/USB-C adapter?

Yes i using The original charger, and i try with another diferent way.

Red light means it's charging. Anyway, try different chargers and cables

Plug your device into a charger and reboot it to recovery mode. Then perform a factory reset.

If your device doesn't allow you to do that, it is faulty. In this case you'll have to contact your seller for a replacement.
