Hello m'y phone have a Big charge problem.

In 3 hours it only charge à 3% and when the phone is connected for charging,i can't swich on the phone.
When i disconnect it, he accept to swich on?

Please help, it is a werry disapointing trouble.

Are you using the original charger and USB cable?
Can you try another cable with the micro-usb/USB-C adapter?
