[SOLVED] No command, volume not working,

Tue Nov 28, 2017 8:16 pm

Hi,

I bought this BV8000 pro on September (2 months ago), on the weekend my phone fell down from the chair and have a knock on the floor.

The announcent say that this is a "rugged phone", so what happen? why could't resist a little fall down like this.

In this moment my phone looks like the picture and I dont know what can I do? I really like it a lot. Wich is the warranty of my phone? Could you make fix it? Could you help me please?

Sorry to hear this.

You can try to:
- press Power and Volume-up together. you should come to recovery mode. Select and choose reboot. Your phone should start normal.
- if that don't help maybe a hardware button on the side is canted. you can remove the screws on the side and check the buttons.

As i can see, the "VOL +" button knocked on the floor and got stuck (or the side metal frame got deformed and pushes the vol + button). Just remove the side screws with a torx screwdriver, remove the side metal frame, check if the microswitch underneath works and reassembly everything.
Easy fix! ;)

The "no command" screen shows because VOL + button acts as it is always pressed during boot.

You will have to contact your seller to get these infos, but i can tell you that user damage is usually not covered by warranty... and it happens for EVERY brand or good.

can you tell us were you live?

is the gravity so strong that this damage happens by falling from the chair?

A rugged phone is The BV8000 Pro, but damages by user, not even a steel alloy phone would survive.Be more happy you had not a other brand, would be destroyed totally...lol.

You get spare parts by contacting Blackview. They wil lnot be for free, but you get it, i believe.Contact them and be happy.
