I bought a new BV 8000 Pro and I tried to put a 64 Gb sd card, followed by a 32 Gb card, but for both, I had a "Corrupt card" error.
When I tried à 16 Gb, it works.
Althought The datasheet says "Up to 256 Gb", i can't have a card greater than 16 gb work.
Can you help ?

Sure, performs these steps:

1) Try your SD cards on another device, to check if they are faulty

2) Put your SD cards in another BV8000 slot

2) Update your device to the latest firmware (20171011 at least), perform a factory reset and check your SD cards again.

it depens on the brand of the card.Not all work and this is not a fault to the mobile phone.

I use a 128 GB sandisk and it work.

try to put in the card you want use and format it by using the option in the BV 8000.

After formatting it should work.Post here if it doesn´t work.There are many cards they are not working.For my decision i found out that Sandisk are the most compatible cards for mobiles.But you can try Kingston and Samsung cards as well.
