Hi all,

I've an issue with my BV8000PRO when I want to charge the batterie: when I'm connecting charger to USB C port, message "Batterie charging" appears for 1 seconde then immediately disappears. Same issue if I'm connecting the phone to laptop USB port throw USB cable.

However, after a reboot, batterie charging is possible...incomprehensible, and to be honest, reboot the phone each time is not so convenient and user friendly...

Any idea?

Are you using the original cable and charger?

Yes, I confirm that i'm using BV original charger and cable.

Can you please use your microUSB/USB-C adapter to charge your phone? I need to know if the original USB-C cable is faulty.

I use the microUSB/USB-C adpater provided in the Blackview package with 2 of my personnal USB cables => same issue (batterie charging for 1 seconde then stop).

Ok, from what i can see this really looks like an hardware fault. Please contact your seller for a replacement under warrany. I'm sorry for that.
