[SOLVED] Phone not picking up SD card. Any advice?

I have a new Blackview bv 9000 pro. The phone work's great. The I only problem I have is that it is not picking up my external 16 gig SD card. It was formatted and I tried it in another phone and work's. The SD card is inserted correctly in the slot next to the sim card slots. The phone only shows the internal memory. See please picture. Any advice would be appreciated.

Please use another SD slot. If this doesn't solve your issue, a firmware update followed by a factory reset should do.
