Hello,

I received a BV 8000 Pro in the mail the other day. I turned the phone on and started to go through the regular start up process. Halfway Through the start up the phone restarted automatically. The phone constantly reboots all on its own.

I have tried doing the factory reset and wiping all of the data off of the phone for a fresh start. This does not work.

I have tried checking to see if the power button was stuck. This is not the problem unless there is a further problem with the button internally.

I cannot update the phone because of its constant rebooting.

Has anyone else had this problem right from the beginning? Any solutions?

Do i have to send it back or send it in to Blackveiw to fix the issue?

Please help me solve this issue.

Your device is definitely faulty. Please contact your seller to get a replacement under warranty.
