Re: The problem of activity during sleep

Mon Nov 13, 2017 9:00 pm

Im having the same problem. I was wondering what's happening with the 4000mAh Batterie life.

The cores are not sleeping (there's a cpu-z post in this forum about this issue) and the complete phone doesn't go to sleep.

Please blackview do something. It can do many more.

Hello, I also have a problem with the power consumption of the smartphone bv8000pro no sleep mode, 2% per hour and constant active mode, even when the screen is off. At the forum 4pda as above wrote the topic discoverer collected a small statistics on problematic devices and all of them on the P25 MTK6757cd processors, on the P20 MTK6757ch processors such a problem was not noticed. Information about smartphones and screenshots of energy consumption charts of different smartphones in the application. As can be seen from the presented graphs, the problem exists for a number of users, they are ready to collect and provide additional information if necessary.

Please try to turn on the duraspeed and background task clear.

That's the reason why I mentioned Oneplus 3T. I expected much better fuel consumption of my tiny P25 street car ;) .

Well, the 821 is highly optimized (I've used the 820 and 821 and both work very well). Anyway, I've also experienced some battery drain (10% as I said) but in my case, I've ssen that my BV8000 is the P20 model, so I guess all this doesn't really apply to me. I've had one random reboot, but I don't consider one reboot in one week to be am issue.

And I had already activated duraspeed, before the admin suggested it.

Dear administrator. I ask to publish this message to exclude unnecessary attempts and useless advice, and quickly push your engineers team to solve the obvious problem.
As the author of the topic writes, at the forum of the site 4pda the problem is indicated by many users, I will give a short list of our attempts (on phones without third-party applications, only standard firmware):
- inclusion without a SIM card and a memory card
- installation of various versions of official firmware with subsequent full reset of settings
- Enabling the mode in an airplane
- disabling all data transmission channels
- ban all background programs
- manual stop of all applications (which only allowed it to be done)
- ban access to the Internet for all applications
- attempts to solve the problem using the duraspeed application.
Despite all this (in various combinations), the power consumption on the phone lying on the shelf is 2-3% per hour.
Users installed programs to monitor the operation of the system, which showed that the phone "does not sleep" always working at a high clock speed.
I hope that your team will be able to understand this and provide a solution to this problem with the next update.
PS At the same time and solve the problem of arbitrary reboots

In my case, I ended up disabling Duraspeed this morning, which I had enabled even before the admin suggested. I use the phone as an alarm clock and, in order to be safer, I use Timely, along with the default alarm. Well, I had Duraspeed enabled and the Timely app whitelisted, and even then, this morning Timely had been killed, so I decided to turn Duraspeed off.

You try to promontory the whole topic, or the very first my post ..
tips like: "make a reset or whatever you set up correctly" does not work here ..! you need to solve this problem at its program level .. I repeat, read the very first post in this thread
people are already tired of resetting the settings, jumping from one firmware to another,
even the sim cards were pulled, the flight mode was turned on but the phone does not go to sleep! how even more verbatim you explain the problem?
I have bv8000 on the P20 processor and there is no such problem at all, my friend has a phone bv8000 on the P25 processor and nothing helps, even with the flight mode the phone is discharged 10-15% per night and this is not normal.
Someone in the topic 4pda wrote that the phone even in the off state is discharged very quickly and completely all have similar problems on the P25 processor
