I recently bought a bv8000 in the gearbest and with a day of use I noticed that there were green dots on the screen.
I think they are dead pixels ... How to do to fix the smartphone that came with defect ???

Two solution to have your defective device fixed:

1) Contact your seller and ask for a replacement

2) Buy a replacement display and change it by yourself. Not difficult if you have good hands.
