If your device was sinked in water, be sure to dry properly the earphones port.
If problem persist, i reccomend to perform a firmware update followed by a factory reset.
If a factory reset doesn't fix your problem, your earphones port may be faulty. In this case, please contact your seller to get a replacement under warranty.
In the mean time you can mitigate the problem using the Soundabout app, wich will let you redirect your audio output to the speaker, ignoring headphones.
