[SOLVED] Fault in the headphone output

I am a BV8000 for only a short time. After contact with water, the BV8000 has an active headphone output. But the headphones are not connected. If the BV8000 is waterproof, everything should work well, even when in contact with running water. How should I resolve this issue?

Be sure to dry the headphones port properly!
