Before I ordered my BV8000pro I carefully researched that the frequencies listed in the advertising covered the frequencies that matched my country - ie 700mhz. From my initial screenshots of the specs there was not mention of bands, just frequencies.
I had trouble of course with LTE not working. I initially posted about LTE issues but got no helpful replies.
Now I know why..... B28 has been omitted!
Why can't Blackview update the rom to allow B28? Perhaps they could do it when they finally fix the buggy Bluetooth situation?

I will request that we announce bands instead of frequencies in the future.

Like you, I bought the BV8000Pro because it supported 700MHz, but I didn't know about bands...

Could you also request the B28 support ? Or at least explain why it is not supported ?
I really don't see why it is not, it seems possible from a technical point of view.

It's all very well requesting that bands instead of frequencies are announced in the future but you already have my money! And there's no chance of getting it back unless you are going to issue a refund for misleading advertising>

Your Blackview website today still only lists frequencies instead of bands so it's still misleading purchasers about LTE capabilities.

I second that claim. You cannot just say "oops, sorry" and change nothing.

O administrador ate o momento não se prontificou a responder ao problema identificado por muitos usuarios, tenho a mesma dificuldade no Brasil. pois as principais capitais do Pais ja estão a utilizar a frequência 700 Mhz na banda 28.
Espero que o mesmo após tanta demora em se posicionar venha com uma resposta positiva em resolver o problema.

No Brasil nas principais capitais o B28 é utilizado para LTE o que poderia ser resolvido pela proxima atualização, pena que o administrador nao nos deu nenhum retorno sobre a possiblidade ja algum tempo.

É possivel eu conseguir ver qual a frequencia que o celular esta logado na rede da operadora?
Estou tentando saber a frequencia para comprar um repetidor de sinal e estou tendo dificuldades.
