BV8000Pro-Blackview-V0.1_20170803_20170829-1811

Had my phone just one week and twice so far when I open the phone I get a message Launcher3 keeps stopping.. I've cleared the cache and data and still the message appears.. only way I've managed to get the phone to work is do a factory reset.. I've had to do this on both occasions.. please help.

Perform a firmware update and follow it by a factory reset. This should fix your problem.
