I've tried posting this once already.

The front camera on my new BV8000 doesn't work. At all. No app can start the camera, I just get a 'camera not available' message.
I did a factory reset as this appears to be a recommended first Port of call for most problems, but no change. I've downloaded the firmware for the camera but don't really want to reflash the phone until I've heard what others have to say - does anyone have any suggestions?

If nothing helps you can exchange the device over your seller.

I will report that issue but it sounds like an hardware bug. You could open your phone and watch if the connection is correct or you could exchange it over your seller.
