Greetings. Recieved phone yesterday. There is no headphones icon when I plug in headphones. Speaker works perfectly.
I've used routing software SoundAbout. It works (so its not hardware option ) but the sound through headphones is meh. And its not very comfortable to switch it everytime like this.
Is there any fix for that? Thank you!

We will check this, but is a bit difficult to understand your description. Do you mean internal or external Speaker? What does your app do?
The original headphones don't work but with activating by a app they work??

blackview_admin I have this issue too and have tried 3 types of headphones.

The problem is that you the jack on the phone is too deep. If I use the earphones supplied by you, they work, because they are a little bit longer, however, if i want to use one of my existing earphones/headphones I cant because the connection is not good and android does not recorgnize it.

The "SoundAbout" application can be found in the google play store, it can forced redirection of audio output into the audio jack instead of main speaker.

hello, the jack on blackview phones is usually deeper than others, so if you use the other headphones, they will be not working. So you should use our blackview official headphones.

The official headphones hurt my ears. I need headphones with different shape. (covering my ears not stuck inside ear canals)
How am i supposed to connect them?
Are you planning to issue some adapters?

Why there's no info on the product site that this phone is non compatible with any other headphones?

sorry but i have a new problem with the included supplied headphones after last update 20170829 with only wipe cache but without wipe user data. if i want to hear something with the headphone video or music, only the music/noise is heard but no speech/ singing. There´s only some little noise next to the music.
I tried the app Soundabout from play store (not the pro version). With installing the app the headphone runs better (nevertheless a little noise in the back, like a "kling") but only if i first open the app without having done any settings there and the phone isn´t charging.

please, would you give us a tip which other headphones products are running with the BV8000 pro? Or do blackview plan to sell some other ones in the future?
