This is not a solution. You will loose the waranty of the phone.

This is an okay solution if you don't care about the microphone (listening only). It is not damaging for the phone (except in case of mismanipulation).

They confirmed their Pro Signal adapter (PSG03882) has a 17mm plug, which should match our needs.

Anyway, there appears to be some rubber around the tip. If that can be removed with a sharp knife, there we have the adapters we need.

I'm still looking for suitable jack adapters (at least some which can be modified with a knife, too). I'm waiting for some inexpensive ones I ordered on Aliexpress, but it's taking a bit long for them to arrive.

Its not exactly inexpensive, I have to admit, but it's a reliable, plug and play solution.
