Has anyone had any luck receiving warranty from Blackview??
I'm just about over it. They found a fault in my wife's p2 lite, said to contact seller and request a replacement. If i can't get a response from seller to let them know.
So i did this. Aliexpress seller would not reply, so i kept resending the same message each day until i got a response from them. They said they could provide me with a discount on my next purchase, and they could not replace the phone under warranty. Unless its a 100% discount on a p2 lite, its no good to me.
Blackview will not comment or help me out. Great service!!
I have the bv8000 pro, i hope i dont have problems with it...
Blackview wont be high on my list for replacement phones or to recommend them to anyone.
