I had recently purchased a BlackVIew BV8000 Pro.
On the day it arrived it was working well initially. Later that day, whilst deleting some of the apps I had downloaded the phone stopped working suddenly.
Instead I got a message saying 'Launcher3 has stopped'. It appears the only way to address the issue is to follow the option given which is to press 'Open app again'. However this will only result in the message 'Launcher3 keeps stopping' appearing. The only option now is to press 'Close app'. However this will just result in the latter message appearing repeatedly every time 'Close app' was pressed.
The phone refuses to do almost every other functions (e.g. access apps, contacts etc.). One exception is that the phone can still go into airplane mode. Turning off the phone and restarting does not make the issue go away.
