If you enable in bitcoin wallet to request fingerprint for login, it reads the finger print, sayes confirm but nothing happens, I had to reinstall the app for normal login:

I have installed the 20170822 ROM by OTA. Or update the link you provided is another version of the ROM?

To fix your problems, after flashing, please do the follows:
settings--apps--launcher 3--storage--clear data and clear cache
