I received the smartphone Friday, the first days have gone well but now continues to reset.
I have done a hardreset but the problem continues, what can I do?

- Press Power and Volume up together for around 10 Seconds
- When the open android is shown press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select ""reboot system now

I had the same problem...
Turn off "Prevent pocket dial"

everything ok with your phone now?

My phone reboot automaticaly after push power button. i just open the right cover and check the button but no problem with power button I think. and now still restart automatricaly. i had tried for flashing with latest 20170718_s21v57c2k_jk_fsm rom. still restart / bootlooping
