Hello,

I just own a bv8000 pro. I have updates the softwares as prompted etc.
Now, I'd like to get rid of the icon theme that comes with it. I find it horrible and would prefer default android theme.
My launcher takes care of the apps, but for the icons in the settings menu, I can not find how to change them.
Any clue ?

sorry, changing icons in the settings menu is not possible with original firmware

That would be great if you revert to stock android icons for next release... or make it customizable.
I really don't like the current design.

I agree with this, I would also appreciate if the OS would stick to the Stock android OS Design as much as possible.

You can always use a custom launcher to change the interface - NOVA Launcher, Apex Launcher. I use HOLO at the moment as a very lightweight one.

You can easily download icon pack for Nova from the https://play.google.com/store/search?q=nova%20icon%20pack&c=apps.

Those icon packs (at least the few I tried) do NOT change the icons inside the settings menu of the phone.

And I really find the current settings menu icons ugly... (I know I already said it)

Still those ugly icons... I love the phone but I hate the icons...
