Hi my camera button which lies just below the power button not functioning since yesterday. It physically press well but no photos are saveing . Can some one tell me a solution.

My phone still shows it is charging even after disconnected from the charger.

I'm experiencing "touchscreen freezes", where everything still seems to be working (video plays, volume button works, rotation works) except nothing registers on the touchscreen. Sometimes it starts working again, sometimes have to wait for the screen to time out and shut off, and it works again when you turn it back on.
Anybody else have this problem?
Running 20170804, wiped data.
Oh. and the back button is very erratic - sometimes work, sometimes doesn't.

After last update BV8000Pro-Blackview-V0.1_20170804_20170804-1947 my phone not work GSM signal , I take the stokrom from Blackview forum but the problem it is the same . Pls make a new update with setting GSM stokrom ! PS: I have 2 phone Blackview with the same problems ! TNX

I just updated OTA 20170814, Still waze not working, back button still poor reaction, only works when pressed on center of the button, camera still poor, I don't understand what is this update for?

Hello, I updated OTA 20170814, Did factory reset, but I still have contrast issues in strong light places, if I put my finger on the senzor, then the screen looks fine.
Is weird because i have adaptive brightness off, and i Tested it on, same issue.
Also waze won't start

I purchased the bv8000 pro one of the first in June 2017.
But he was very pleased with my abilities only the first two weeks.
After that, two problems appeared in it:
1. The microphone is not working properly. Will they hear me when they call or will they not hear - the probability is 50/50.
2. The screen is constantly very flickering, so you can not view pictures and videos.
Tell me - is it iron or software problems?
I am very disappointed with your products and I do not think I will prefer it in the future, unfortunately

It's really sad to see no admins support to the technical issues which we post into this post. Really disappointed.
