Ciao si sono italiana.
Gearbest mi ha fatto rispedire indietro il telefono, adesso devo aspettare che arrivi e poi vediamo come si comporta l'assistenza.

Yes I'm Italian.
I sent back Gearbest the phone, now I have to wait to arrive them and then see how the service comes.
Unfortunately, there are no support centers in Italy.

I have exactly the same problem with one of the 2 phones I bought, the screen goes black 66% from the bottom up, with the camera and multiple apps. The seller TomTop does not at all respond to my warranty claim, they do not provide an address where to send the phone for repair or replacement. What should I do. update to the latest Firmware and perform a factory reset in recovery after that.

wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Power off and then press Power and Volume-up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown - press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now

Please report if this solved your issue or not.

The software update: BV8000Pro-Blackview-V0.1_20170718_20170718-1901 solved the issue.

Thank you Blackview.

The firmware update seems to have solved the screen problem, at least with the camera.
I will confirm definitively after the phone's user has tested all the apps where the screen default occurred.
Problem stays the total lack of warranty handling by your reseller TomTop.
Please require the normal discipline of them or delete them from your reseller base.
Please keep me informed on your actions in this respect.
Since now I in fact have a phone (2 of them) without a warranty through the reseller TomTop.
You or TomTop could also come up with some kind of reimbursement for the 5 weeks of unavailability of the one phone.
Thank you in advance for your proactive handling of this request.
