yes i did some restarts and switch off/ons with the phone. The light doesn't run in any app (qs, outdoor toolbox, camera...).

But yesterday the battery of the phone was down to 8%, so I charged it. While charging, the flashlight-symbol in quicksettings first seems to be kind of "greyed out". I touched it several times but it didn't get green. After charging to 15% the symbol was touchable again and the LED WENT ON!!! I switched it off after a minute, tried to switch on instantly again and... NOTHING. Since then I can't switch on the LED again, same as before.
Any ideas?

Sure ideas. Phone went into energy saving regime, when phone functions are primary, and others battery consuming functions are limited in use.

I've tried to reproduce the situation by trying to switch on the LED just right after the phone leaves energy saving mode (at 16% charged), but this time it doesn't work. I let let the battery charge to full over night and left the flashlight-quicksettings unintentionally switched on. This morning I woke up by the light of the LED! I switched it off - and again - couldn't turn it on afterwards. Right now I assume some kind of system-bug, because
1. the LED itself works (every now and then...)
2. none of the apps can start the flashlight.

Anything more we could test to solve the problem?

The flashlight is simply broken. The phone needs remont. X-mal, bro, do not listen this admin! He tells lies!
