The other problem is fingerprint When I got it worked, Once unlocked five times, no,Then it will block does not work, Nothing works, Then it will not scan fingers, I do not know what that is, but I think that Software problem.

for the celular data:
1) check your apn data (settings > more >cellular networks > APN)
2) activate data conection (swipe down qick settings > tap carrier name > turn on data)
