Good day everyone, I hope my request finds you well?
I recently received my long awaited 8000Pro and although not used to Nougat and phone in Cyrillic managed to set it up okay in English Uk.
However keen to try the 16 mega pixel camera left me in disgust, The picture is "White out" all white is black almost like sepia tone and negative.
Can anyone help to reset this Please? I've tried factory reset and camera default reset and no change.
I'm gutted as this was one of the most appealing things about it plus IP68.

update to the latest Firmware 20170718 and perform a factory reset in recovery after that.

wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Power off and then press Power and Volume-up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown - press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now
