Speaker Problem

Thu Jul 20, 2017 9:10 pm

After a few minutes, the speaker starts to make noises and wheezes, such like interference. I have two bv8000 here, the other one works normaly.
How can i fix it without send the phone back to the seller ?

Cientistagyn,

it seems your speaker audio is over modulated. this can be corrected in the Engineer Mode.

goto the dial pad like your going to make a call type *#9646633# then swipe over to hardware testing/ select audio and / Volume/ Audio Playback/and what is the index 15 set as?

I dont work for Blackview so I dont want to give the impression I do. Im just a Phone Nut!

I had this issue in the bv7000 pro's

Larry

if you use Line App, you can find me at my line id: ljr861 I can send screen shots to help you if its gets confusing. I would like to help others with their issues.

when you have the index set so high you should lower it start from the bottom and change it to 240 and work your way to index 14 to 235
etc etc etc.
see if this helps you

Hi. It didin't work and i rolled back. The problem is that even in low volume the noise persists and it's even worse day by day. I believe the speaker is defective. I will try to fix it local, because send it back to the seller is very expensive and i paid tax customs too ...
If i take it to assistance do you know if they open the phone it will lose this water proof ?
Can you give some ideias ? Im very disapointed
Thank you !

cientistagyn,

if you open the phone you just have to be careful of the rubber around the edge, try not to pry it open. The seal is the key to all the phone. I would use silicone lubricant to lube before you close. since your in that situation, I agree it costs more to send it back. thats what sucks, poor quality and then now people like us get screwed because it would cost more to ship the phone out and another one sent back in, and we the end user have to pay for the defects of the phone. insane. good luck, just have patience when you open.

Hi,

from my own tries to repair my Z3 Compact, I can tell you, it works better with heat. So take a hair dryer and heat the phone a little, adhesives and seals should seperate much easier.
