In bright light, the contrast of the phone changes. Almost does not work the touch button "back" (!!!) works in 2 out of 10 cases.

I just went thru the phone as well and they have removed Parallel Space. I really started to enjoy using it and now they remove it on their flagship phone. I didn't want to go thru the hassle to buy it when it comes with the bv7000 pro, now the 8000 pro is out with Android 7 and they removed it.

the phone handles typing alot better but the battery does not live up to its quota. I have tried a from a factory fresh install to see how long the battery will last. so Far my iphone last longer! I dont know if they will address this issue on the OTA update.

you cannot use the memory card if the second sim is installed. I put a 16gb memory with 2 sims, but the storage is not noticed.

Also the Data usage page you cannot define which cellular is what. you cannot rename it, so this provides a lot of confusion to the end user when they need to swap from sim 1 to sim 2, this I hope will be addressed in a future upgrade. In Russia I tried to explain this issue to the CEO but I dont know if he made any notes. I tried to contact his office, but the staff will not help you. hopefully David will read these and get them fixed. I traveled around the world to see this phone, and I ended up buying 30 units for my company, now with these issues I cannot deploy them due to some issues that others are facing.

I'm too having the same problems here, the worst and most disappointed issue is the quality of the camera. As some one told here it is just like a 8mp rear camera. No similar to a Samsung camera or their sensors. Also the zooming of the lens are v poor it's took me to my childhood VGA camera phone quality. I'm v.v worried about this camera issue. Any suggestion form around the world.
Im the first one from Sri Lanka to buy this phone terribly thinking how could I recommend this phone to others..

Have you ever connected a BV7000 with your computer? Sometimes the computer will remember the one which you used in your computer.

Blackview released a new OTA update, first issue right off hand is your finger will no longer unlock the phone, you can add a finger but now you cannot unlock it, I have even deleted the finger and tried it again, and I also did a factory reset, the finger sensor will not work if the phone is asleep, before you could unlock it and now I have to put the pin. I tried all 5 fingers, nothing, I hope they will hurry and do a new release, they just made the phone worse!

I could not find what the new OTA contained other then telling me I should update.

so be careful unless you dont use the finger sensor.

The update has only been out a few hours and I hope they see this problem!!!!

Yes I have, and I even tried it on a computer I never plugged it before, and it said it was a bv7000, now the new update you made it changed that. now it says BV8000Pro

Can you please fix the finger sensor?

Does anyone know what's changed or fixed in the OTA update? Any change log anywhere.

I downloaded the update and would like to know what was fixed? Android Pay still does not work, bluetooth disconnected within 2 minutes of use, and this was within 15 min. of me using the update. Come on Blackview, get your act together. This phone is turning into something I wouldn't pay $100 for.
