I bought on Gearbest the new BV8000 PRO and the phone worked fine ... for two days!
Then the screen suddenly began to flicker and become dark in the lower 2/3 of the screen, with so many horizontal limbs as seen in the attached photo (I did a video but I could not attach it).
This happens suddenly, without a precise pattern, with apps like facebook or going on the internet with the browser. The same thing happened with the phone warming up a lot during charging, from the HOME screen to the other screens.
In addition, there are two strange things: by connecting it to the PC the phone is recognized as a BV7000 PRO and the serial number is 0123456789ABCDEF which is usually given to test or preset specimens.
Precisely that the phone, for the two days that I used, never fell, did not bump, nor was it put into the water or under any other stress test, but has always been safe in my pocket jacket.
Can you help me with my problem?

That I'm unahppy about.. further I'd like to see an update for the cam cause right now it sucks .I downloaded an app to have better cam function. And. It did just that.... Have not tried Bluetooth yet but clearly there needs to be an update fix for that as well.... All and all. Seems like a solid phone so far but I would like to have my buttons fixed

I will add that the phone did not fall down did not sink into any liquids, was not subjected to stress test, and a similar problem was manifested immediately in one of the applications (GPS info) installed from GOOGLE PLAY STORE. But since one third-party application is not a spoilage indicator, I continued to use the phone believing that the problem is in the application, but after a while the problem began to manifest in applications that were standardly installed on the phone (Gallery, Play Store, YouTube, etc). So I photographed the problem on the video, the link to which I sent to you first.
Now I got the update and the problem that was on the video disappeared. Dear administration, could I be sure that this was a software issue, not a hardware, and that it was finally fixed? Waiting for your reply.

No... you have to wait for the OTA, the most you can do is go into the engineer mode and make slight adjustments..

this is the most you can do. anything else you void the warranty.

roby,

the serial number issue was fixed in the latest OTA.

I'm talking about installing an official update using the standard update feature. Perhaps you meant an update when they said "OTA".
