Is it possible to root the phone?
i need it because i need to block certrain networks but i wanna use roaming in other foreign networks (i live in the EU, Eu roming is now free, but non eu contries like swizerland are close)
is there another way?

We have developed an apps that automatic by rules could:
turn on/off for SIM1 or SIM2 depending on what country you are in
An alarm function that turn on/off for sim1/2 by time

But it only work on Android 4.XX

It was undocumented feature in Android 4 but from v. 5 it has been documented but apps do not have access to that feature???
