Problem with Blackview BV9500 Pro

Good morning to everyone.
Today I received my new phone Blackview BV9500 Pro, in Greece.
The first impressions are a m a z i n g product. Thank you Blackview Team.
But I have a big and serius problem.
1) When I try to turn on the video, to take a video, the application hangs. I have no problem with photography. I have to close the app and if I try again, I have the same problem.
Freeze everytime. I installed another application from Play Store for video and photo and it works normally.
2) I want to disable the ppt button. Can you tell me how?
