BV7000 pro launcher problem

I am French and therefore my English is probably not very good, please be indulgent.
Since last night I have a software problem with my BV7000 pro. For a few weeks now I had regularly received a message that the launcher was no longer responding, but all I had to do was turn my phone off and on again to make it work properly again. The reboot function did not allow to restart the launcher correctly.
Since last night when the phone is off the charging screen appears fine. When I turn it on it asks me my pin code well then it doesn't display the unlocking page I have my wallpaper with the top line indicating that I don't have a network time and other. the LEDs under the "buttons" at the bottom of the phone are on the phone the phone doesn't answer when I try with the touch screen on this page.
If I press the "on\off" button I put it in standby mode, the screen will always remain black (I can then distinguish the locked from the unlocked phase thanks to the LEDs on the bottom buttons).
If I press the "on\off" button for a long time, the "reboot\ turn off \ airplane mode" menu appears and I can select the different options and they are done.
That's all I've tried.
Do you have a solution?

Hi! Please perform a factory reset from the recovery menu.

After the total wipe, please don't restore any previous phone backup. It will then work correctly :)
