Hi,

I bought two BV7000 Pro beginning August, one for my daughter and one for me.

Last week-end, my daughther turned her phone on and the only screen she had was "reset phone" ore something like that. Of course she did it and she lost all her datas as well as the settings.

I hope this will not happen frequently because the desagrement is important.

May I please ask you to solve this bug has it seems to be one?

Or, what must we do in case of this happening again?

Hi Phil.
Your phone just booted in Recovery Mode (your daughter pressed the power on button together with the vol+ button).
In recovery mode you can do many things, one of them is the ability to factory reset your device. You have to select and confirm what you want to do.
It's not a bug .
Next time it happens, just select and confirm the "reboot" entry from the menu instead of the "factory reset" one
