Can't make or receive calls

Hi I recently purchased BV7000, I put my Australian Telstra sim card in, I can access internet but I can't make or receive phone calls...please help

Please perform a factory reset, change SIM slot and report back.

Can you try:
- your SIM in another phone
- your Blackview phobe with another SIM
and report back?

My sim card works perfect in other phone but no sim card works in black view

I'd suggest to open it and check the internal antenna connection, but if your device is still under warranty you should contact your seller to have it replaced under warranty. This would be the best choice

Hi, I received my BV7000 three days ago and have the same issue, unable to transmit or receive voice calls, I initially thought this may be a sim problem and took my phone to the local Telstra Shop and the y checked the phone & android settings card to position 2 but I still had the problem. They tested my sim in another phone and it works fine, when I tried to check sim status I receive "Sim or Network error" message Internet worked ok and SMS ok. I carried out a factory reset but it has made no difference, Can these phones work with Australian sim cards??

I suggest to contact your seller to have your phone replaced under warranty, as i stated in my previous post.
