Dear blackview,
My bv7000 pro speaker and vibration are not working anymore yesterday they were working just fine.
I hope this is a problem i can solve by my self becaus i don't have the warranty anymore.
I need my phone for work so i hope this is not that big of a problem.

Just to start, can you please perform a factory reset and check if anything changes?

unfortenatly it does not and my phone is slowly getting worse now i am unable to use my mobile internet and my camera is going black i really don't know what is going on

it did not help and i can not connect my phone to my pc and the problem is not connected to MPT divece i am really confused 

I don't know what kind of damage your phone took, but there's nothing more that you can do except contacting your seller for a replacement under warranty.
