Root my device

Hello
I would like to root my device in order to scan the memory and retrieve some deleted files.
I found the code +#9646633# but the menu didn't propose me "User2Root".
Could you help me rooting my device ?

Unfortunately rooting can't be officially supported, for obivous reasons.

Did you try with TWRP and superSu ?
