The speaker and the vibrator of my BV7000 stopped working, also the screen is not kept off when I block it, it is blinking.

What can I do to solve my problem, I have less than 6 months with the team, I bought it for Gearbest.

Your device got multiple hardware faults, i reccomend to contact your seller to have it replaced under warranty.
