Not working proximity sensor BV7000

Have new BV7000 with firmware 20170612_194708, proximity sensor not working on bright light. 
On medium lighting everything is ОК, but in sunny weather or under a bright lamp, the proximity sensor freezes and the phone screen does not turn off during a call. So you can click any button on the screen with your ear.
I checked through the engineering menu the sensor is working, recalculates the values, but I can not it calibrate - the message calibration failure.
At illumination less 225lux proximity sensor works correctly, at illumination above 300lux proximity sensor freezes on max distance (10cm).
What to do? How to solve a problem? In the summer will be impossible to use this BV7000.
