Screen remains off (Black), but can hear sounds and vibration

Hi,
I was playing a game on my Blackview, when it alerted me to low power. I plugged the phone into the charger for a few hours.
On retrieving the phone after it had charged, the screen remains black, however I can hear sounds and vibrations. Fingerprint unlock, turn off and on are all audible, just nothing on the screen.
I have had this phone for 1 month.
Please help.
