BV7000 left button behavior

Hello everyone,
is there a way to change bottom left touch button behavior? It generally shows, when tapped, the list of paused apps, while in BV7000 it opens launcher's customization view and you need to long press it to pop-up task manager. I'd like to swap this behavior, is there a way?
