Screen Flicker to Odd Colors

Greetings!
Bought a Bv7000 about 2weeks ago.
Screen Flickers to odd colors (colors randomly changes to red/green/blue)
Screen is grainy (like an old TV without signal reception except that it's gray/white)
tried updating to latest ROM + maunal reset (Volume Down + Power Button after "No Command") = Problem still persist
Tried factory reset in safe mode = Problem still persist
Any help will be gladly appreciated :3
