Hi, i did a wireless update on my BV7000 and now the touch screen/ digitiser does not work.
i have performed a full hard reset but the screen is still not working
can you advise me what to do please, thank you

You can use a mouse over OTG adapter to make inputs for troubleshooting.

Please check if there is a new OTA update offered. If not, try to flash Firmware 20170412-2 or 20170612 (that one that is not on your phone currently)
