Got a new bv 7000 and the screen tears ,some graphics pictures make the screen go black or just all pixsels drag down when scrolling any way to fix this or is it broke ?

update to the latest Firmware and perform a factory reset in recovery after that.

wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Power off and then press Power and Volume-up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown - press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now

No this did not fix the problem still tears under certain graphics ,and now I have to reinstall all my apps phone works great except that ,shame my 3 rd black view and I never had any problems before .I'm currently on a boat thats why I got the water proof one so I have problems Whit getting a PC to connect it for a room update ,would a room update fix this ?

flashing the latest ROM (+factory reset after that) should fix it. Please report if it works for you when you are back home.
