My BV7000 died on arrival, did not ever light at all

hi admin,
i have a BV 7000 its new.
i encountering black screen (no Display of icons or any images)
Apparently only the screen does not turn on, there is a sound that is connecting.
help me. no after sales support from the dealer here in our country....
