Service menu code

Hey I was wondering if there is any way to access the service menu to change which bands the phone operates on. Canada bands 850/1900. Phone bands 800/1800 thank you in advance. I don't want to switch back to my crappy windows phone

then could you tell me the the values to change in the NVRAM. apparently the hardware is capable. just not the software currently.
